About The Author

William Halford

William Halford was born in Forrest City, Arkansas, in December 1951. He graduated in May 1970 from high school. He was married in December 1973 to Ms. Sharon Stickler of Bisbee, Arizona. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western International University in 1995.

He graduated in 1995 from Western International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. Two years later (1997), he graduated with a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering. He was an air traffic controller in the United States Air Force from 1974 until 1989. Following military duty, the US Army retired as a GS-13 computer engineer and entered the civil service. After serving a brief term as the local school district’s transport supervisor, he made the decision to retire fully in April 2020.
